Cryptocoryne 'Tropica' works exceptionally well in nature-style and Dutch aquascapes where its textured foliage can contrast against finer-leaved stem plants and carpeting species. Like most Cryptocorynes, it may experience "Crypt melt" when first introduced, but healthy roots typically recover and produce new growth once established.
